Refund policy

  • At Cyeilas Beauty we are committed to providing premium-quality hair products and excellent service. Due to the nature of our products, please carefully read our return policy below before making a purchase.

1) Hair Products Policy 

For hygiene and safety purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened packages. These include: 

  • Braiding Hair (Including bulk,crotchet, French Curls, Twists) 
  • Human hair bundles 
  • Braid Gel or any scalp products 
  • Custom or pre-ordered Items 

2) Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive 

  • A damaged item 
  • The wrong product 
  • A defective product

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include: 

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photo of packaging
  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item, OR

  • Issue store credit, OR

  • Provide a refund (depending on the case)

We do not refund without photo evidence.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Shipping Responsibility

We ship via Royal Mail.

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • Customers must ensure all shipping details are correct before confirming purchase.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address:

  • Customer must pay a re-shipping fee.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Sale Items

All sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute any fraudulent chargebacks.

  • Refuse service to customers who abuse our return policy.

Fraudulent claims will be investigated and reported where necessary.
